If you are removing a telephone number from the intercom and not replacing it with another, please email your full address and the phone number(s) you would like removed to support@commtel.io. Our team will confirm back via email once completed. Removals are free of charge.

If you are removing a telephone number and replacing it with another at the same time, please fill in our online form here.

Our systems are reconfigured remotely and can be updated by filling in our online form. Alternatively, you can contact your Managing Agent or your Installer who will be able to organise this for you.

Please be advised there may be a charge for this service if the unit is not covered under a Support Agreement.

If charges apply, we will confirm the cost and provide a link to pay online. Once the charge has been paid, the programming change will be actioned.

You will be notified by email once the programming change has been completed.

Programming requests are £36 per intercom. Once you’ve submitted your request, our support team will review it and confirm the cost with you before making any changes.

For Managing Agents, we’ll go ahead and complete the changes without confirming the cost, unless the ‘Charges’ box is left unticked.
