Programming Your Commtel or Optimus Intercom.

To change the programming of your Commtel or Optimus system, you can download our Commtel CONFIG app for free, or sign up to our Cirrus programming platform. Alternatively, fill in our online form here, and let our team do the work for you!

To submit a programming request or check on previous ones, you’ll need to log into your online account. Don’t have an account yet? No problem – you can create one here. Just a heads-up: if you’re an installer, our team will need to authorise your account before you can access the installer-only parts of our website.

Do you have a large number of changes to make?

If you are an Installer who is commissioning a new unit, or you have a large number of programming changes you need us to make for you, simply download the below spreadsheet, fill out the info and attach via the ‘File Upload’ section. You can then submit the form as normal. We have pre-filled some sections with example data for your reference.

This spreadsheet is optional and is intended to make it easier for customers to submit large or complicated requests.
