Programming requests are £36 per intercom. Once you’ve submitted your request, our support team will review it and confirm the cost with you before making any changes.
For Managing Agents, we’ll go ahead and complete the changes without confirming the cost, unless the ‘Charges’ box is left unticked.
Once payment has been received, we aim to complete your request within 2 working days. Our support team will email you a confirmation as soon as your request has been processed and the change is live. If you encounter any issues, please do get in touch with us.
