Once payment has been received, we aim to complete the programming change within 48 hours. Once completed, our programming team will email you to confirm.
Once you have received our confirmation email saying that your request has been completed, you are connected to the intercom and the change is live. If you have any issues, please contact us.
Residents or owners of single properties can download our Commtel Control app.
Residents of multi-tenanted sites should consult their Managing Agent before downloading our apps.
