Commtel operates on a strict trade-only policy. You must be a reputable installer (minimum of an NICEIC registration required for electricians) of access control, security systems and or gates and barriers, with the requisite electrical, IT or telecommunication qualifications.
If you are a current customer, you can purchase online when logged into your account on our website. If you do not have an account on our website, please contact our sales team who will be able to get this set up for you.
Optimus products can only be purchased through one of our approved distribution partners. You can find a list of distributors here.

Please note that we operate on a skeleton staff during our whole company and team meetings. This is usually Monday mornings between 08:30 & 09:00 and the second Tuesday of every month between 08:30 & 09:30.

Outside of the normal office opening hours, our Technical Support Team are available via the central office number (01306 710 120) or by emailing support@commtel.io. We will be available to assist with technical enquires, programming requests and SIM card activations.
Please be aware that calls to our technical support team are highest between 12pm and 3pm, so you may be waiting longer than usual.
