CANCEL YOUR SIM

To cancel your Commtel SIM card, please fill in the below form.

Before you start:

• You must be the SIM account holder. If you are not the account holder, we will not be able to process your cancellation request.
• You will need your SIM account number and the telephone number of the SIM you wish to cancel. These can be found on your bill which can be viewed by logging into our SIM portal. Click here for more information.

Terms & Conditions of Cancellation

Early termination of this contract will not result in a refund or part-refund, as per the initial signed agreement.

If you would like the SIM to be ceased earlier than the end of the initial 12-month period, please enter the desired cease date below.

Once the contract has been terminated, the SIM will be ceased and will not be able to be re-activated in the future.

Terms & Conditions of Cancellation

Termination of this contract will take effect 30-days from the date that this request is submitted to us. If you would like the SIM to stay active for longer than 30 days from today, please enter the date below.

Please do not cancel your Direct Debit until the contract has ended and the final bill has been cleared. If your Direct Debit is cancelled prior to the termination of the contract, any outstanding balances on your account will need to be paid in full.

Once the contract has been terminated, the SIM will be ceased and will not be able to be re-activated in the future.
