“Safeguard Systems recommended and installed a Telguard intercom which uses a 4G SIM card, negating the need for complex cabling. A perfect fit for the hotel’s specific needs.

When a guest or visitor presses the intercom’s button, a call is made directly to the reception phone, allowing staff to grant access with a simple press of a button. If the reception team is unavailable, the call is automatically forwarded to a designated phone, such as a manager’s mobile, ensuring that no guest is left waiting.

The system was custom-made to fit into the existing aperture on-site, and an elegant brass finish was selected to match the building’s classic appearance, ensuring a perfect retrofit intercom installation.”
