Before you start, you will need the following information:

Name of the company installing the intercom.
Serial number of the intercom that this SIM is for.
Contact details for the person or company paying for the SIM.
Bank account details where the Direct Debit will be set up.
Address where you would like the SIM sent to.

The SIM’s network/tariff. This will be printed on the physical SIM and also noted on the wallet that the SIM is provided in.
The last 6 digits of the IMEI number on the SIM card you are activating. More information about where you can find this is provided below.
Serial number of the intercom that this SIM is for.
Contact details for the person or company paying for the SIM.
Bank account details where the Direct Debit will be set up.

If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit by FastPay Ltd Re Plustel Ltd or your Bank or Building Society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your Bank or Building Society.
– If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when FastPay Ltd Re Plustel Ltd asks you to.
You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your Bank or Building Society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.
