What projects have you used Commtel’s products for?
RAF Benevolent Fund Project:
“We were initially approached by the RAF Benevolent Fund to take over and provide monitoring of their CCTV system at the Bomber Command Memorial in London, as they were experiencing issues with their existing system. After successfully completing some initial CCTV work, we were asked to upgrade the security systems at their headquarters in Portland Place, London. One of the key requirements was to address an accessibility issue at one of their entrances, which had no provision for disabled access. The entrance had a step leading up to the front door, but there was no way for wheelchair users to alert anyone of their presence or request assistance upon arrival.”
How did Commtel assist ADP in creating an accessible entry system?
“We reached out to Commtel for advice on the best solution to resolve the issue. Commtel recommended their DDA Senior; a smart-looking panel equipped with braille buttons and a hearing loop. This system allowed visitors to easily communicate with the team at the RAF Benevolent Fund. The Fund was extremely pleased with the product, as it met all the requirements and provided the essential accessibility they needed.”
What is your feedback on the overall quality of Commtel’s products and services?
